House Revival Project
Terms & Conditions
Effective August 2026
These terms govern your use of the House Revival Project website. By using this site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Use of This Site
This site is provided for informational purposes — event listings, recorded sets, and information about House Revival Project. You agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or misuse the contact form (including automated or spam submissions).
Intellectual Property
Flyers, photography, logos, recorded-set video/audio, and written content on this site belong to House Revival Project or the artists/photographers credited, unless otherwise noted. Don't reproduce or redistribute it commercially without permission — reach out at info@houserevivalproject.com if you'd like to use something.
Ticket Purchases
Where an event has a "Buy Tickets" link, tickets are sold by a third-party ticketing platform (for example, Etix), not directly by House Revival Project. That platform's own terms, pricing, fees, and refund/exchange policies apply to your purchase — House Revival Project is not the seller of record and isn't responsible for that platform's handling of your order or payment information.
Events Are Subject to Change
Dates, times, venues, and lineups listed on this site may change or be cancelled. We do our best to keep listings accurate and current, but they aren't a guarantee.
Third-Party Links
This site links to third-party platforms (Instagram, YouTube, SoundCloud, ticketing partners, and similar). We don't control those platforms and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
No Warranty
This site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always available.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, House Revival Project isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. The effective date above will always reflect the most recent version.
